You have 30 days from purchase to reach out to us for a return. We detail the Returns/Refunds process here.

If you haven't gotten a confirmation email it might be because: 

1. It went to the spam folder. Cool Kid's club insider tip: To appease the email gods make a folder and/or filter for me and add: sales@presagepublishing.com to your address book.

2. You used a temporary email/or masking email address.  We understand the desire for online anonymity however these addresses are often filtered by shopping carts and Bot filters. If that might be the problem you might have to update your info in Shopify.
